LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

My Leadership Super-Powers'- half day workshop.
Some of our Year 10 and 11 students attended the "My Leadership Super-Powers' course on Wednesday that covered:-
• What makes a great leader
• The importance of self-awareness
• Understanding uniqueness
• Understanding perspective Identifying super-powers - utilising the Clarity 4D profiling tool
• Understanding personal impact on a team
Students took part in a fun, informative and interactive sessions, where they completed exercises and group discussions around leadership.
Thank you to Snowy Valleys Council for funding the Workshop as part of their 2023 Youth Week activities.
