Friday 3^rd and 10^th November from 10.00am to 1.00pm

Looks at the emotional needs behind a child’s behaviour. Aims to promote secure attachment between parent and child.

Gaining Control of Ourselves (online)

Tuesday 14^th and 21^st November from 6.00pm to 8.00pm

Designed to assist participants to recognise and manage their feelings. Learn acceptable ways of expressing anger and techniques for stress management.
