NSW CCC BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

We had two teams, Years 7/8 and Years 9/10 boys compete in the NSW CCC Basketball championships this week in Penrith. Our teams are not only representing our College but also the Catholic Education- Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.

Our boys played well over the two days however they didn't make their finals. The Years 7/8 finished with a draw 37-37 against Trinity, Albury and the Years 9/10 finished with a win 61-51 against Xavier, Albury. Great sportsmanship and talent was displayed over the two days from our teams. Both teams finished 9th in their divisions. 

Thanks to all the parents for transporting and cheering us on throughout the championships. Thanks also to the coaching team of Todd Beavan and Cooper Brown and to Tanya and Gerard Webb, and Sarah and Adam Rossiter for sponsoring the teams warm up tops.
