On Wednesday, selected students from Stage 3 & 4 were fortunate enough to attend a Sculpture Workshop facilitated by Sculptor Akira Kamada and Educator Angela Pearce. Akira talked to the students about his artistic journey and Angela spoke about the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail. Afterwards, Akira led a workshop on making sculptures from simple objects, like paper and items from nature. There were some very clever sculptures created, and the students were all very grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a talented artist.
