Thank you for your response to our Ski Trip.

To secure your seat on the bus - you must now ensure:

1. Full payment of your ski package is paid by this Friday 2nd August.
2. The attached forms are to be returned, fully completed and fully signed by parent and student, by this Monday 5th August.

All participating students (those who returned the first permission and paid a deposit) should bring home a hard-copy of the forms below. Remember these MUST be returned by Monday.
